Residents, the wait is over. The highly anticipated opening of Tuscan Steakhouse Tre Dita on the second floor of The St. Regis Chicago Hotel has arrived. As of March 16, residents can enjoy a luxurious night of fine Italian dining in Chicago with a swanky, sophisticated ambiance just an elevator ride away.

The concept of award-winning Chef Evan Funke of Felix Trattoria and Mother Wolf in Los Angeles, Tre Dita (pronounced trā dē-tä) will transport diners to Tuscany with authentic Italian cuisine off its open-hearth wood fired grill. Deemed one of the most anticipated restaurant openings for 2024 by Michelin chefs, Tre Dita follows Miru as the second wave of luxurious dining experiences offered at The St. Regis Chicago by the Lettuce Entertain You group.

The restaurant’s name is Italian for three fingers, mirroring the thickness of the properly cut Bistecca alla Fiorentina, one of the restaurant’s delectable offerings. The menu will highlight an extensive list of regional wines, classic Italian steak dishes, and traditional pastas made in-house, from a special temperature-controlled, glass-walled “pasta lab” where Chef Funke will showcase his years of experience studying the types of pastas made in Italy. Fans of the dessert and craft cocktail offerings at Miru can look forward to the same caliber of culinary excellence at Tre Dita with the talents of Executive Pastry Chef Juan Gutierrez (winner of Netflix’s “School of Chocolate”) and mixologist Diane Corcoran being shared across both restaurants.

From the mouth-watering food to the romantic ambiance and convenient location, Tre Dita delivers an elevated “night in” for residents, and a luxurious destination to take guests. For more information about the opening of Tre Dita at St. Regis Chicago, and to make a reservation, click here.
