To complement the 101-story exterior, the developers of Vista Tower commissioned designer and award-winning architect Suzanne Lovell to create two inspiring penthouse schemes. Eager to take residential design to new heights, Lovell designed two penthouse layouts that embrace the 360-degree views of Chicago that the Vista Tower penthouses offer.

Energized to partner with the the Vista Tower team and lend her design expertise, Lovell said, “I am thrilled to be involved in such an iconic project. Vista Tower is a new, sophisticated participant in the skyline of Chicago, and its elegant lines lend modern integrity to the history of Chicago architecture.”

She designed the penthouse floor plans to appeal to a variety of resident lifestyles while working within the physical limitations of new construction high-rises. Aspiring to create layouts that celebrate the views and create a balance of moments within the space, Lovell delivered. Any resident who selects one of her floorplans will be thrilled to live in a future home with a fresh, refined and sophisticated layout.
