On January 27th we hosted an exclusive chef tasting with world-renowned Chef Charles Webb in The Galley Kitchen on the 47th floor.

More than 70 residents joined to taste a variety of delectable, innovative bites while overlooking uninterrupted panoramic views of the lake and sweeping city. A special-curated menu included Malbec-braised 30-day dry aged short ribs, burrata pugliese with port wine poached Bosc pears, chestnut risotto bites, duck breast with Rum Abuelo tawny barrel rinsed Amarena cherry reduction, and Monte Enebro cheese with figs and black truffle honey. Guests had an evening immersed in an exhilarating and memorable culinary experience.
